Chad Ammons is the dedicated Owner and CEO of A+ Roofing and Construction, bringing over 14 years of experience in the roofing industry. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted name in quality construction and customer service, ensuring homes and businesses are protected with top-notch roofing solutions.

Outside of work, Chad is a devoted family person, happily married and proud parent to three boys. He treasures the time spent with family and friends, believing that strong relationships are the foundation of a fulfilling life.

A passionate advocate for the community, Chad actively donates time and resources to various charities in Hood County, striving to make a positive impact and support local initiatives.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys outdoor adventures, including hunting, boating, and off-roading. These hobbies not only provide relaxation but also foster a connection with nature and create lasting memories with loved ones.

Caitlyn is a 1st degree black belt in American Karate. Caitlyn spent most of high school teaching karate as well, which began her love of teaching.

Holly has been with A+ Roofing since March 2022. She serves as Chief Operating Officer, managing the office and serving as Chad’s right hand [wo]man (aka Chad 2.0). 
 
Holly grew up in Northeast Texas before attending Texas A&M University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Prior to working in roofing and construction, Holly was a stay-at-home mom, and has experience working as a legal assistant and worked in Economic Development for the City of Granbury/Hood County. 
 
Holly resides in Granbury with her two children, Brooks (age 9) and Ellie (age 7). She enjoys reading, going to the gym, running, attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, and adventures with her kids! 

Michael Alexander, 35, was raised in the close-knit community of Evant, Texas, where he developed a strong sense of family and community. 

Michael is deeply passionate about helping others and lives by the principles of honesty and integrity. He is actively involved in his community, dedicating his time to serving at his local church, where he finds great joy in contributing to the lives of others.

In his free time, Michael loves exploring the beautiful nature that Bell County has to offer. He has a special passion for fishing, often taking time to relax by the water and appreciate the area’s natural beauty. For Michael, family, faith, and the outdoors are the foundations of a fulfilling life.

Spent 27 years serving Johnson County. First as a sheriff, then city police officer, then constable. When he was done with that, he came on over to Hood County to serve as a school resource officer!

I’m a proud veteran who previously served in the Marine Corps and currently serves in the Air Force Reserves. My wife’s name is Amanda and we have a 7 month old son named Jack. I was born and raised in North Texas. We now live in west Fort Worth. I enjoy serving with our church, golf, and am a huge fan of the Rangers and the Cowboys

Jesus was born in Mazatlan, Mexico. In his younger days  he was an amateur boxer. His favorite food is chicken pot pie. Jesus brings a level of skill & dedication in Roofing that is unmatched.
